With offices in Riga and Vilnius, the team is rapidly growing and we are looking for a AML Specialist to join our Ongoing Due Diligence Team. Working here, you will be part of a dynamic mix of people with different backgrounds, skills, experiences, and passionate minds.

As a AML Specialist (ODD unit), you will:
- Be responsible for complying with applicable AML requirements and policies in order to successfully perform on different duties
- Be responsible to analyse alerts created by real-time transaction monitoring tool
- Review and analyse clients’ activity based on KYC information and provided documents
- Identify and report ML&TF red flags to MLRO and senior management
- Be in line with all the company’s AML/CFT improvements
- Communicate and cooperate with Compliance and other teams
- Complete other AML/CFT related duties when required
What we are looking for:
- 1+ years of experience in AML/ODD, or a similar role
- Great knowledge and understanding of AML laws and regulatory environment
- Knowledge on a variety of business profiles and structures
- Excellent analytical skills and high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- A team player while being able to perform assigned duties on your own
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Understanding/experience with crypto would be a huge advantage
- Previous experience in a FinTech company would be considered a plus too
- Holding the professional certifications ICA or CAMS would be an advantage, however not necessary
