1 To qualify for the Basic plan, the company must be registered in any EEA country or the UK, company’s UBOs must be with citizenship from EEA country or the UK and company is not engaged in such business activities as digital assets exchanges and remittance, financial institutions, forex, gambling and other high-risk industries. Transactions with digital assets exchanges are prohibited for this account type
2 Extra fee of 1000€ is charged for companies who do not have an account at Banks, other Electronic Money Institutions or only have a Share Capital Deposit account. Opening only a Share Capital Deposit or an accumulative account has an inclusive charge of 500€. In addition to that, the complex structure fee is applicable for companies with 2 or more layers of shareholding and is charged 1000€ per additional layer
3 Priority onboarding means that your documents and tickets will be processed by the onboarding team first in the queue. For more information, contact your assigned account manager
4 Free account balance until 250 000€. Above this threshold, Basic+ level balance fee is applied
5 Free monthly incoming SEPA payments turnover until 750 000€. Above this threshold, Basic+ level pricing for transactions is applied
6 Free monthly outgoing SEPA payments turnover until 750 000€. Above this threshold, Basic+ level pricing for transactions is applied
7 The company qualifies for priority support after the onboarding is completed
8 If the received recalls request volume divided by incoming SEPA payments volume per month exceeds 1%, a fee of 10% of recalled volume, min.1000€ is applied
9 This is an indicative range and specific fee will be set and agreed with client separately
