Business Analyst

As the Business Analyst, You Will

  • Maintain and create dashboards to track metrics and visualize insights.
  • Analyze data to better understand potential and actual risk exposure across the organization.
  • Aggregate data from multiple sources to provide a comprehensive analysis and assessment, e.g., regarding AML/CTF.
  • Analyze the performance of the Transaction Monitoring technology platforms and associated processes.
  • Proactively identify and propose new solutions that improve the effectiveness and efficiency of AML/CTF monitoring processes and controls.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to effectively analyze and present data.

What we expect from you

  • 1-3 years of experience as an analyst in a similar company or related field.
  • Higher education, preferably in Mathematics, Economics, IT, Management Information Systems or related.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, Visio, and other analysis programs.
  • Basic knowledge of programming languages, such as SQL and Python.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines for projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English to inform managers and other stakeholders of results.
  • AML/CTF knowledge would be an advantage.
