Position Overview

We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to ensure successful and efficient recruitment, onboarding and development of our people in both Vilnius and Riga office. With primary focus on recruitment, the position would also entail working closely with the company’s CEO on development of the company’s HR strategy and processes, people relations and talent development.

Professional Skills and Qualifications

  • University degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR
  • Previous experience in full cycle recruitment process management, including headhunting
  • Good understanding of the labor market, as well as legislation related to HR processes
  • Excellent English language skills

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Result orientated personality with high sense of responsibility, analytical thinking and initiative
  • Excellent skills in task organization, good understanding of business processes

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and develop HR strategy, processes and initiatives
  • Manage full recruitment process in Riga and Vilnius;
  • Create and maintain all employment related documentation
  • Control execution of health and safety instructions and employee mandatory health-checks
  • Manage annual life cycle personnel processes like performance evaluation, goal review, training and development needs
  • Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, vacation, and other personnel packages
  • Ensure HR process legal compliance with the labor laws and regulations in respective country
  • Implement targeted people-related business initiatives to drive organizational effectiveness and business performance
  • Manage and coordinate employer branding activities
