The Business customer onboarding and support specialist (BCS) has responsibilities in two areas. The BCS is part of the Nexpay onboarding team, which is responsible for successful registration, identification, verification and due diligence of our individual and corporate customers. The BCS also is responsible for timely, precise and helpful answering to customer questions, issues and concerns via the Nexpay online ticketing system. The BCS is the first point of contact to our customers, which requires a high degree of service mentality, integrity and precision.
