Position Overview

The Business customer onboarding and support specialist (BCS) has responsibilities in two areas. The BCS is part of the Nexpay onboarding team, which is responsible for successful registration, identification, verification and due diligence of our individual and corporate customers. The BCS also is responsible for timely, precise and helpful answering to customer questions, issues and concerns via the Nexpay online ticketing system. The BCS is the first point of contact to our customers, which requires a high degree of service mentality, integrity and precision.

Professional Skills and Qualifications

  • Higher education in Law, Economics or Finance as advantage
  • At least 1 year experience in the financial services industry
  • Experience with Know Your Customer process seen as an advantage
  • Fluency in English. Other languages seen as advantage
  • Availability to work in shifts
  • Computer literacy

  • Good communication skills and service-mindedness

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Due Diligence according to our internal procedures and policies
  • Preparing customer cases for compliance approval
  • Ensure timely solving of client issues, including coordination with other colleagues
