Position Overview

The Payments operations specialist is part of our Finance department, which among other things is responsible for smooth processing of our customer payments, handling cancellation requests and performing payment investigations. The job also requires direct communication with clients regarding payments, so customer orientation and service mindedness is a pre-requisite

Professional Skills and Qualifications

  • Higher education in Finance / Accounting will be seen as an advantage
  • Experience in Finance / Accounting will be seen as an advantage
  • Ability to see regularities, overview and control the process, make decisions within own competence
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing and investigation of SEPA payments
  • Daily monitoring of payments to ensure completeness of the operations processing
  • Monitoring of data accuracy within the systems
  • Engaging in written communication process with customers concerning payments processing issues
  • Collaboration with team members to ensure smooth processes
  • Preparation of regular and ad-hoc reports
  • Identification and implementation of process improvements
