As a Customer Success Specialist (financial services) you would be responsible for the customers journey within the Nexpay ecosystem, with the emphasis on connecting the dots between the client, sales team, as well as the compliance team.

As a Customer Success Specialist (Financial services) in this role, you will:

  • Help customers move through the onboarding process according to Nexpay customer service and onboarding procedures
  • Take part in evaluation of prospects business during the onboarding process
  • Recognize and evaluate company documents/corporate structures
  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external senior managers, take ownership of the communication between the compliance team and customers
  • Maintain and update the client database
  • Take part in developing and maintaining customer-success strategies and best practices
  • Support incoming clients queries via different live help channels.

What we’re looking for:

  • 2 years of experience in communications, marketing, sales, account management, or customer success
  • Passion for providing the best client experience
  • Ability to work with sensitive complex clients data
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to convey complex information in a clear, understandable way
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Other languages are seen as an advantage
  • Previous experience in the Fintech sector would be an advantage.
