With offices in Vilnius and Riga, the team is rapidly growing and we are looking for a Senior AML Officer to join our Know Your Customer (KYC) Team in Vilnius. Working here, you will be part of a dynamic mix of people with different backgrounds, skills, experiences, and passionate minds.🚀
As a Senior AML Officer in KYC, you will:
Work with new clients onboarding and perform ODD (Ongoing Due Diligence) for existing customers - review and evaluate client's activity, collect documents, look for external information
Review registries, databases and documentation provided by the customers and undertake research, document checks, and financial crime risk assessment
Constantly review and improve operational documentation (manuals/checklists/etc.)
Identify potential ML and TF related risks of the customer
Ensure best in class communication with other business units and clients
Ensure compliance standards are met with current AML/CFT regulations, and other relevant legislation
Identify and recommend policy, procedure and system change to ongoing due diligence
Organize and deliver training sessions on relevant topics
Perform four-eyes checks to ensure accuracy and compliance
Show high motivation and ownership of tasks within the team/department/company
What we are looking for:
2+ years of experience in AML/KYC, or a similar role
Great knowledge and understanding of AML laws and regulatory environment
On hand AML experience working with high risk clients (Gambling, crypto, FI etc.)
Knowledge on a variety of business profiles and structures
Excellent analytical skills and high level of accuracy and attention to detail
A team player while being able to perform assigned duties on your own
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Would be an advantage:
Understanding/experience with crypto would be a huge advantage
Previous experience in a FinTech company would be an advantage
Holding the professional certifications ICA or CAMS would be an advantage, however not obligatory
