There are some industries with which Nexpay is not able to do business. It\'s either due to European Union or international financial regulation, or we have chosen not to do business with this industry. In the prohibited industry list we have included industries with which we can\'t work. In the high-risk industry list, we have included industries we would classify as high risk but might open an account if they fit the other criteria.

Please note that this list is only indicative, and we reserve the right to update it at any time without notice.The fact that an industry isn\'t mentioned on this list, doesn\'t guarantee account opening. This is only one of the criteria which we need to assess when we are evaluating potential clients.

Please also take into account that we can only work with companies from certain countries.

The companies who do business in these industries, or undertake any of these activities won\'t be able to open an account with Nexpay:
  • Production or trade in any product or activity deemed illegal under host country laws or regulations or international conventions and agreements, including without limitation host country requirements related to environmental, health and safety and labor aspects
  • Production or trade in weapons and munitions, including explosives and nuclear weapons
  • Trade in oil (petroleum)
  • Production or trade in alcoholic beverages (including beer and wine)
  • Production or trade in tobacco
  • Trade-in wildlife or wildlife products regulated under CITES
  • Production or trade in radioactive materials
  • Commercial logging operations; production or trade in wood or other forestry products from unmanaged forests
  • Production or trade in pharmaceuticals
  • Drift net fishing in the marine environment
  • Production, trade, storage, or transport of hazardous chemicals, or commercial scale usage of hazardous chemicals
  • Quarries, mining, or processing of metal ores or coal
  • Giving or receiving gifts that could be interpreted as intending to influence business decisions
  • Abusing confidential or material, non-public information
  • Trading of Animal Fur, Bones, Ivory and other protected species
  • Cultural objects like sculptures, statues, antiques, collector items, archaeological pieces or trade in other pieces having historical, cultural and religious significance or of rare scientific value
  • Any business relating to pornography or prostitution, including child pornography
  • Drugs, as well as chemicals used to manufacture synthetic drug or drugs
  • Circumvention devices
  • Human Body Parts and Pathogens
  • Unlicensed offline businesses: Gambling / Betting / Casino / Horse Racing / Bingo / Sports Betting / etc.
  • Unlicensed online businesses: Casino / Online Poker / Online Gambling / Online Betting / Prize Draws / Gift Cards / Any form of Lottery / Scratch cards / etc.
  • Donations / Charities / Societies / Non-profit organizations
  • Auctions organization and performance
  • Religious organizations
  • Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) structures
  • Financial pyramid or Ponzi scheme, matrix programs, other schemes

  • Licensed (online or offline) gambling / betting / casino / horse racing / bingo / sports betting / etc. businesses
  • Tickets and events
  • Tourism and travel related activities (for example, travel packages, tours)

  • Online games (for example, downloading games, direct sales of goods)
